Giorgos Kyriakopoulos scored the first goal for Sassuolo, putting them in the lead, Marco Pasalic equalized for Atalanta after receiving a brilliant pass from Brendan Soppy, Soppy also provided an assist for Lookman’s goal. The inability of Sassuolo to equalize cost them the winner of the match.
This brings Atalanta to first place in the serie A table with 24 points, closely trailed by Napoli with 23 points.
Lookman has been fantastic for Atlanta, as he has a goal in each of their last three matches, which makes it 4 goals in 10th league appearances.
