BBNaija star Kiddwaya revealed that his Ibiza villa was burglarized, resulting in the loss of approximately 70,000 Euros and a Birkin bag. Sharing the news on Instagram on July 2, 2024, the reality star recounted the incident, which occurred at 3 am, and advised Nigerians traveling to Europe to exercise caution, particularly when staying in villas.
He described how this was the second time he had been robbed in Ibiza, the first incident occurring in 2022, when a watch and cash were stolen. This time, the thieves made off with a significant amount of money and a Birkin bag.
Kiddwaya also shared safety tips for travelers, highlighting the importance of hiring security personnel and private drivers. He warned about potential sting operations involving locals, including cleaners, taxi drivers, and even the police, and stressed the need for constant vigilance.
He urged affluent Nigerians traveling to Europe to ensure they have extra security, avoid regular taxis, and be cautious with their staff, such as maids, who might have access to their belongings.
