Bobrisky Vows To Shun Female Awards, Blames Eniola Ajao For Recent Troubles

Controversial Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky has sworn never to accept any awards meant for females again, blaming his recent woes on his “Best Dressed Female” award received in March 2024.

The award, presented during the movie premiere of actress Eniola Ajao, came with a prize of ₦1 million. However, he insists it marked the beginning of his troubles.

Shortly after receiving the award, Bobrisky was arrested by the EFCC due to naira abuse at the ceremony and was sentenced to six months in jail. Following his prison sentence, leaked audio suggested he had bribed officials to avoid charges of money laundering and that he served time in luxury. Fresh outrage then saw him re-arrested. Now reportedly on the run, the socialite blames the ordeal on Eniola Ajao.

“My problem started when I collected the best-dressed female award,” Bobrisky wrote on Instagram. “For my life, if I see an award for best dressed female, I go disappear from that location ASAP. Everybody knows I am a baddie with class, but when the problem wan too much, make I run.”

Eniola Ajao has not reacted to Bobrisky’s claims yet as the drama unfolds.
