President Muhammadu Buhari has once more called security leaders together to discuss the results of the continuing war being waged against terrorists and other criminals throughout the nation.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the president would receive an update from the security chiefs on various military operations against criminals in the nation.

In the North East, North West, and other regions of the country, the security agencies have reportedly achieved what has been dubbed “amazing successes” against terrorists and other criminals.

On October 8, 2022, a location in Kaduna State was the target of airstrikes by the Air Component of Operation Whirl Punch, neutralizing terrorist leader Ali Dogo, also known as Yellow, and 30 of his fighters.

When they were bombarded, Yellow and his militants fled the military assault from their location in Niger and sought shelter in one of Alhaji Gwarzo’s homes at Yadi in the Giwa Local Government area of Kaduna state.

The military has recently seen success in its continuous campaign against terrorist organizations in the Northeast region and other parts of the nation.

Some cabinet ministers, security chiefs, and presidential advisers are present during the security meeting.
