Tonye Cole, Rivers State APC Governorship candidate, has been disqualified from the Gubernatorial race by the Federal High Court in Portharcourt.
The State’s PDP requested that INEC disqualifies Cole after he allegedly brought in candidates who were not democratically elected to vote at the Primaries.
At the beginning of the trial, APC’s counsel objected that the court do not have the jurisdiction to hear the case.
