According to a recent medical study finding, getting vaccinated against Covid-19 did not equate to women seeking medical attention for menstrual problems.
This news is coming after several women have reported changes in their menstrual cycle after getting the mRNA shots from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna, the covid-19 shots.
The new study looked at a lot of patient data from Sweden’s health registry which included about three million women, a whopping 40 percent of the country’s female population.
It was also revealed that this study was the first to use independent research on if women made contact with healthcare professionals regarding their menstrual problems.
Previous research had meanwhile used self-reported data such as information from apps that track periods to show that certain women experienced changes in their menstrual cycle after they got vaccinated.
