The statement says the death of the baby boy is the greatest pain a parent can feel and its the birth of their baby girl that gives him and his partner, Georgina Rodriguez hope and strength to live through this moment. The couple also asked for privacy during this difficult time.
Condolences have been pouring from the public and the notable ones were that of Manchester United’s forward, Marcus Rashford who said that his thoughts were with the family at this trying time. United’s official page also responded to the post alongside David De Gea.
The Portuguese legend met Georgina when he was playing for Real Madrid, and have been together since then. They both confirmed that they were expecting twins back in October even though the gender of the twins wasn’t revealed.

The 37-year-old striker has four children, Ronaldo Jr whose mother is unknown to the public, Eva and Mateo, the twins that he had through surrogacy and Georgina’s first child, Alana Martina.
