Nigerian music star Davido has secured the Best International Act award at the 2026 Liberian Entertainment Awards, outperforming fellow nominees Gunna, Rema, and Tyla.
The award ceremony was held on April 25 at the Lisner Auditorium in Washington, DC, in the United States.
The announcement was made by music chart platform ChartsAfrica via X on Monday, noting, “#davido has emerged victorious at the 2026 Liberian Entertainment Awards, clinching the prestigious award for Best International Act.”
This latest win adds to Davido’s impressive record of international recognition and further cements Afrobeats’ growing global footprint.
It also highlights the continued influence of Nigerian artists on the international music scene.
Founded in 2009, the Liberian Entertainment Awards celebrates excellence across music, film, fashion, sports, and community service, recognising the achievements of Liberian creatives both locally and abroad.
