Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Retd), Chairman/CEO of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, has praised the Police Nationale (RAID) of France for their assistance, particularly in the areas of training and equipment.
When the Police Attaché at the French Embassy in Nigeria, Emmanuel Verin, led a group of French VIP trainers, including Cedric B. and Christophe J., who were in the nation to train several NDLEA officers in special operations, paid him a courtesy visit on Friday, Marwa spoke in his office in Abuja.
He stated that he would want to thank the French government for its assistance as one of our most important partners. France has provided them with a great deal of assistance, both in terms of training and equipment.
His recent trip to France, where they were warmly welcomed at all the institutions they visited and the training promised was immediately prepared, was the culmination of the support. They appreciate that and anticipate further cooperation and assistance.
Verin responded by stating that the reason they are proud to collaborate with NDLEA is that their officers and men are extremely intelligent and professional and as a result, are producing results.
