The protest in Kaduna State took an ugly turn a few hours into the demonstration as protesters set ablaze the office of the Kaduna Traffic Law Enforcement Agency, KASTLEA.
From the reports gathered from eyewitnesses online and news correspondents, the protesters had also looted property in the agency.
Eye witnesses have said that the protesters went on the rampage when they found out that they outnumbered the security operatives dispatched in the area.
The protesters had additionally, looted property at private residences close to the KASTLEA office.
At the time of filing this report, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state had yet to speak on the incident.
