Mr. Temitayo Bamiro, a 35 years old man was arraigned at Ojo Magistrate Court, on Monday for allegedly having forceful and carnal sec with his 13-year-old daughter, who according to the Nigerian Constitution is still a minor.
According to Simon Uche, the prosecutor, the event occurred at the Iba New site in Ojo Lagos, he said that the accused continually raped his daughter, and even had anal sex with her.
The accused please not guilty to the charge, the court adjourned the case to February 22, 2023, but the accused was remanded in the Badagry custodial center.
