Justice Bala Usman of the Federal High Court in Jalingo has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to not delist Senator Emmanuel Bwacha as the Taraba State APC governorship candidate for the March 18 election.
According to the court, Bwacha was the duly elected candidate of the APC for the rescheduled March 18 governorship poll in the state.
The court had asserted the candidature of Bwacha in a ruling on the case filed by the APC asking Nigeria’s electoral body to withdraw its candidate from its portal and ballot paper ahead of the governorship election.
