The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, FHC, Justice John Tsoho, has disclosed that the court will begin its 2023 annual vacation on July 24, 2023.
Justice Tsoho had made the announcement on Friday, July 2, via a statement made available by Dr Catherine Oby-Christopher, the Federal High Court’s Assistant Director of Information, in Abuja.
The vacation would begin on Monday, July 24, and terminate on Friday, September 15.
“The court shall resume sitting on Sept. 18. This is to enable our esteemed Honourable judges to enjoy their well- deserved break and to prepare for the task of the new legal year,” it read.
The statement however, notified the litigating public that they would be at liberty to approach only the under listed functional courts situated nearest to them; Abuja, Lagos and Port-Harcourt.
