The France national team is one team to look out for in this year’s world cup. France has made it through to the quarter-finals of the 2022 world cup in Qatar after Defeating Poland 3-1 in the round 16 ties.
Giroud scored the first goal for France in the 45th minute, after receiving a delightful pass from Mbappe, putting France in the lead. Mbappe doubled France’s lead in the 75th minute after receiving an assist from Ousmane Dembele. Yet again Mbappe scored the third goal for France.
Lewandowski manages to score a consolation goal for France from the penalty spot in the 99th minute.
Mbappe is now the top goal scorer in this year’s world in Qatar with five goals. While Giroud overtakes Thierry Henry’s record as the France men’s National team’s all-time goal scorer.
The France national team will now face whoever wins ln England vs Senegal match.
