Officially, The France Football Federation Executive has finally sacked the Coach of the France Women’s National Team, Corrine Diacre.
Just three months away from the Women’s World Cup and several players have already pulled out of the National team due to several altercations they’ve had with the coach, Wendie Renard, the team’s goalkeeper retired last month, Marie Antoinette Katoto and Kadidatou Diani followed suit hours later.
According to the three players, the methods used by the Coach are not favorable and are not at par with top levels. To prevent more players from retiring, the executives had to deliberate on the issue, and they came up with a conclusion to relieve her of her duties.
