Veteran Nigerian TV host and media figure Frank Edoho has disclosed that his second marriage has ended.
Speaking on the Tea With Tay podcast, Edoho shared that his union with Sandra Onyenuchenuya, whom he married after his first marriage to Katherine Obiang broke down in 2011, has also failed.
He reflected on both experiences, admitting that despite his best intentions, things didn’t work out.
“Maybe I’m not good at marriage, I must confess,” he said, acknowledging that neither of his former spouses was truly his soul mate. He drew a distinction between a soul mate and the love of one’s life, explaining that while one stirs your emotions, the other connects with your core without effort.
Edoho stated that he made significant sacrifices for both relationships, but still ended up alone. “I know that I went above and beyond for the two marriages. I carried my partner… I can abandon everything for her,” he said. “But you don’t blame them for falling out of love with you.”
He also referenced the story of retired Brazilian footballer Kaka, whose wife reportedly left him because he was “too good,” using it to highlight how even seemingly perfect partners can face rejection.
