The Imo State labour leaders have once more expressed the satisfaction of Imo Workers and retirees over the rehabilitated Imo state civil service by Governor Hope Uzodimma and had, at a meeting with the Governor, endorsed his second term bid.
According to the union leaders, the Governor had during his first term in office, created a cordial relationship between the State Government, and workers in the state, not excluding Pensioners.
Additionally, the consistent payment of salaries, timely payment of pensions, free mass transit for workers, a new clinic, and health insurance for the workers to name a few, were among the reasons the labor leaders had unanimously assured the Governor of their unwavering support to his Government and his second-term bid.
