The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has unveiled a web platform for the online training of electoral officials.
This new feat was made known by the electoral body through a series of tweets late Saturday, 11 February, revealing that the app, called INEC e-school, was aimed at promoting the efficacy of the electoral training of its officials as the 2023 elections draw ever close.
The electoral body had said that its website was user-friendly and that the app uses face-to-face, and virtual approaches by integrating text, audio, and videos to aid officials to gain a deeper understanding of its processes.
The app, is available on Google Play Store for the time being, according to INEC, and was built with the support of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.
