American singer Jason Derulo has opened up about his personal life, revealing that he once believed he would settle down early but now finds himself single at 37.
In a recent interview with Graham Bensinger, the “Don’t Wanna Go Home” hitmaker shared how his outlook on relationships has changed over time.
According to Derulo, his experiences and what he has witnessed in other people’s relationships have made him more cautious about commitment.

“I thought I was going to marry a lot of the girls I dated. Never in a million years I thought that I would be 37 and single.
“However, I have seen too much. I have seen too much in my life. You could imagine the things that I have seen; married women leaving their spouses on the spot, leaving their men in the club. I have seen everything under the sun,” he expressed.
The singer’s relationship history includes a high-profile romance with Jordin Sparks, which lasted three years before ending in 2014.
He also welcomed a son in 2021 with his former partner Jena Frumes, although the relationship ended just months after the child’s birth.
Derulo’s remarks have sparked conversations about modern relationships and how personal experiences can shape views on love and marriage.
