Leeds United has gotten a replacement for Jesse Marsche who was sacked earlier this month, on Tuesday, Leeds United announced the appointment of Javi Gracia as the new manager of Leeds United.
“Leeds United are delighted to announce the club has agreed to terms with Javi Gracia to become men’s first team head coach, subject to obtaining a work permit,” the club said in a statement.
“The experienced 52-year-old has agreed to a flexible contract at Elland Road.”
Leeds United is 19th on the EPL table, and just a few points away from relegation, the club last won a game on November 5, and for this reason, Jesse Marsche was sacked, to crown it all Leeds lost, 1-0 to Nottingham Forest.
Several important coaches were linked to Leeds United, but Leeds United however picked Javi, who formerly coached Watford in 2019 as their new Manager.
