Leicester City Boss, Rodgers Reveals Return Date For Injured Ndidi.

Brendan Rodgers, Leicester City manager has disclosed that Wilfred Ndidi, super eagles player is set to return to the field in the next three weeks.

Ndidi sustained an injury, during Nigeria’s international friendly match against Algeria, The injury got worse when he participated in Leicester City’s match against Nottingham Forest, he was immediately replaced by Boubacar Soumare.

Rodgers had stated that Ndidi will miss their match against Crystal palace this weekend.

According to him, Ndidi is expected to be back in the club in three weeks

“He’ll probably be a few weeks. When he came off, we were looking at about three weeks,” Rodgers told reporters.

” We think it’ll be around that period from last week.”

Ndidi could not feature in the latter part of the 2021/22 premier league season. The season has not been fantastic for Leicester City as they rank 19th on the EPL table with just five points.
