The planned exhibition match of Floyd Mayweather with Greece’s Mike Zambidis on Saturday in Greece has been put on hold as a federal judge heard the argument regarding the application of an injunction.
The legal conflict of CSI, an event-producing company, had said that Mayweather had already violated an exclusive contract, which had the second date of the Tyson bout and an upcoming pro-level clash with Manny Pacquiao.

On the argument of the parties on Tuesday for the two-hour session, U.S. District Judge Vernon S. Broderick asked about Mike Tyson’s medical condition; what are the next fights that would involve Mayweather, and if the Saturday match will pose consequences to the further scheduled fights. The judge will eventually make a decision on Thursday, hopefully.
CSI said the impact on business and reputation will definitely be severe should it let Mayweather’s bout with Zambidis. The CSI insists they have the sole property to Mayweather
