Jerome Ngom Mbekeli, Cameroon’s player has still not gotten over their 1-0 win against Brazil on Friday, at their final group game in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Although their win couldn’t help them qualify for the next round of the tournament, however, Brazil was able to proceed to the next round.
According to Mbekeli, it was a dream come true playing in the world cup against a team, whose players he usually watches on TV, play in the premier league.
“It is a very great joy to be able to make a dream come true, play a World Cup facing big Brazil, with players I see playing every weekend in the Premier League and the best championships in the world,” Cameroon Tribute quoted Mbekeli as saying on its Twitter platform.”
