Former Big Brother Naija housemate Mercy Eke is celebrating her colleague Tacha after the latter achieved a new milestone.
Tacha recently broke the Guinness World Record for the most makeovers, surpassing the previous record of 64 makeovers in 8 hours.
Taking to Twitter to show her support, Mercy expressed excitement for Tacha’s upcoming announcement and praised her efforts. She wrote:
“I can’t wait for the big announcement, my baby, you deserve it! @Symply_Tacha
I owe you one.”
Their camaraderie isn’t new. Last month, Tacha celebrated Mercy’s birthday, calling her gorgeous and encouraging her to “keep winning.”
However, the pair’s history also includes moments of tension. In 2023, Tacha shaded Mercy after she showcased her Range Rover shortly following Mercy’s post of hers, sparking discussions about a rivalry. Tacha had tweeted, “But is she me?”, implying that she considers herself in a league of her own.
That same year, when Ilebaye won the All Stars season, defeating Mercy and other contestants, Tacha commented, suggesting that Mercy might not have won her original season if not for her disqualification, further fueling the speculation of a feud between the two.
