The valedictory meeting of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, NGF, including 36 state governors of the federation, will be taking place on Wednesday, April 26, in FCT Abuja.
This invitation sent to all the 36 governors had been issued by the Director General of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, Mr. Asishana Okauru, and would be a physical meeting.
Seventeen governors will be leaving the forum, having finished their terms of office, while the newly elected ones would be inducted between May 14 and 17.
The meeting will also see the end of the chairmanship of Aminu Tambuwal, the Sokoto State Governor, who had assumed leadership of the forum after the exit of the former chairman and ex-Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi.
