Nigerian rap star Olamide has opened up about his relationship with fellow music heavyweights Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
In an interview with Adesope Live, the YBNL boss described his bond with the trio as friendly but admitted they can be “too troublesome” at times.
He said, “Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy are all my friends, they are just too troublesome. They are cool dudes; it’s just that sometimes many can’t align on so many things and that’s fine.”
Olamide also weighed in on the ongoing Afrobeats “Big 3” discussion, which often spotlights Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
The Story For The Gods singer explained that he doesn’t feel overlooked in such debates, emphasising that his main focus has always been making music rather than chasing accolades or rankings.
