In an incident that occurred on Friday when PDP was conducting their Governorship rally in Maigatari Local Government Area, and as they arrived at APC Secretariat, a Fracass broke out between the two parties, a version man named Abdullahi Isiyaku, a 37 years old man was attacked and was injured, he was taken to the hospital but he didn’t survive.
According to DSP Lawan Ahmed, the Police spokesperson of Jigawa state has said that investigations are currently ongoing to bring the perpetrators are brought to book.
Residents of the state are already scared of the upcoming Presidential Elections, due to the recent political tensions.
