The Kaduna State Government reported the Nigerian Army’s admission of responsibility for the bomb drop that tragically claimed the lives of over 100 villagers. Additionally, he urged a thorough review of the nation’s laws to bolster the security apparatus, aiming to prevent future catastrophic occurrences.

Meanwhile, speaking on behalf of the Northern Lawyers Forum, Nafi’u Abubakar emphasized their commitment to ensuring justice for the affected families. The forum, comprising over 600 members, vowed to pursue legal avenues to claim rightful compensation for the victims while urging the government to re-evaluate military rules of engagement to avert further civilian casualties in future military operations.
