Former Anambra State governor and Presidential aspirant, Peter Obi has taken to his Twitter account to beg his supporters to not insult other political candidates.
He said that it has been observed that his supporters were making numerous attacks on other aspirants and whilst appreciating their unwavering support, he begged them to have the spirit of sportsmanship and to avoid name callings and attacks on other Presidential candidates.
He added that the common goal for everyone is to see Nigeria becoming better and adversaries in elections were not needed.
He also congratulated Atiku Abubakar for winning the ticket for the presidential race under the people’s democratic party.
