Just as we now have a new president, we also have a new first lady. Taking up her duty as the wife of the president, Remi Tinubu has resumed her office, as Nigeria’s first lady.

The first lady was received by the permanent secretary of the state, Mr Tijjani Umar, and the heads of other units at the first lady wing at Aso Rock.

She was taken around her Villa on a tour, showing her the administrative, ICT, Catering Unit, Media and protocol unit.

The office of the first lady of the nation, will not be a bother to her, as Remi Tinubu is not new to handling such tasks, she once the First lady of Lagos State between 1999-2007, and served in the national assembly as a Senator representing Lagos Central.
