The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has revealed he has stopped reading social media.
Tinubu had in a video trending online said that he gets high blood pressure and is furious when he uses social media because netizens abuse the ‘hell’ out of him.
This is because Tinubu usually posts updates on his various verified social media handles under his name. It is no news that Tinubu, has been under the spotlight and undergoing harsh scrutiny in the ongoing presidential campaign for the 2023 election.
Tinubu’s statement came after he accidentally asked God to bless PDP when he was referring to his party, the APC at his campaign flag-off in Jos on Tuesday, November 15.
“…I hand over back to the chairman of the party before he disciplines me for keeping the President waiting and leaving him standing. We are calling the national chairman to invite the President, to close this part of the ceremony. Thank you. God bless you and God bless Nigeria. God bless PD- … APC,” he had said.
This then sparked outrage on social media as critics have castigated the ruling party’s candidate, saying that he was very unfit to be president.
