Solána Imani Rowe (SZA) took to social media to reveal that she was done performing for a while. The American singer posted the message on her social media pages after her performance at Montreal’s Osheaga Festival on the 5th of August. SZA posted about her needing to take the time off from performing and focus on the personal aspect of her life and said,
“Yesterday was my last show for a while. Finally bout to get my life together. Thank u God.”.
The ‘Kill Bill’ artiste has been on performing spree since from early 2023 with ‘SOS’ Tour and her tour has taken her to 63 shows around the world. Subsequently, SZA went on to perform at even more summer festivals hence retaining a busy calendar that enabled her exhibit her talent to the world at large.
This gap creates a brief pause in her working career, however, it will enable the three time Grammy awarded R&B star to have time off to fix her health and other personal issues.
Though the time frame for her absence is still unknown, fans eagerly wait for her comeback once she’s ready.
