The 21st edition of the Tribeca Film Festival will be held in New York on the 8th of June. The festival will be held from Wednesday, 8th June to Sunday, 19th June and will be featuring over a hundred movies from more than 40 countries. The Film Festival will also be hosting a lot of anticipated movie premieres. Some of the movies that will be making a show at the Festival are BEAUTY directed by Andrew Dosunmu, BODY PARTS directed by Kristy Guevara-Flanagan, CARAJITA directed by Ulises Porra, EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH directed by Veronique Jadin, FAMILY DINNER written and directed by Peter Hengl, the highly anticipated HALFTIME directed by Amanda Micheli which is a Jennifer Lopez documentary, THE YEAR BETWEEN written and directed by Alex Heller and VENGEANCE directed by B.J. Novak, to name a few.
The Tribeca Festival will be featuring events and experiences across New York City, otherwise known as the Big Apple, for 12 days. With a lineup of in-person events, performances, masterclasses, live concerts, films, demonstrations, and talks, the Film Festival promises to be a fun-filled one. However, those watching from home will not be left out as the Tribeca At Home platform which is newly introduced, will enable viewers from home to participate in the activities.
The locations for the events are varied and they include Pier 57, BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, United Palace, Beacon Theatre, Cinépolis Chelsea, Battery Park City, Spring Studios, SVA Theatre, etc.
