The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has said that President Bola Tinubu provides first-class infrastructure in Abuja. Wike made this statement on Saturday while inspecting key road projects across the capital city. These include the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX) to Wassa and the Gishiri Interchange.

According to the Minister, President Tinubu’s leadership is working because residents can now enjoy better roads and facilities. He said the Renewed Hope Agenda is being felt by the people of Abuja through visible development.

Wike Says Tinubu Provides First-Class Infrastructure in Abuja

While speaking to the media, Wike praised President Tinubu for transforming Abuja. “I’ve said it before, leadership is a major issue. When you have the right leadership, people will benefit from it,” he said.

Wike also said, “Mr. President has shown that he is willing to change. He is willing to provide happiness for the people and indeed, the Renewed Hope Agenda is working.”

He explained that the Tinubu administration is fulfilling its promises through road construction, water supply projects, and upgraded public buildings. “Mr. President has given first-class infrastructure to Abuja. All of you can attest to the fact that indeed, Abuja has really changed. So we are happy for it,” Wike added.

More First-Class Infrastructure Projects to Be Inaugurated

The Minister also revealed that many projects will be inaugurated to mark President Tinubu’s second year in office. He said the process will take two weeks because of the high number of completed works.

Projects to be launched include the Greater Abuja Water Project, the International Conference Centre, the OSEX to Wassa Junction, and the N5 road project by Julius Berger.

“We have so many roads, both in the satellite towns and in the city. Even the Abuja Greater Water will also be inaugurated,” Wike said.

He dismissed criticisms against the President’s performance. “I don’t see why anybody would say that Mr. President has not done well. Except you are just blind. Except you don’t want to admit something that you know that is good,” he stated.

Tinubu Provides First-Class Infrastructure in Abuja

In summary, Wike said Tinubu provides first-class infrastructure in Abuja and has shown good leadership through massive road works and public projects. From satellite towns to the heart of the capital, residents are beginning to feel the real impact of the Renewed Hope Agenda. As the President’s second anniversary approaches, even more projects will be unveiled to confirm this progress.
