The most significant deal of the day, which is already certain, was Al Hilal completing the signing of AC Milan left-back Theo Hernandez for a reported €25 million. After many back and forth, the Saudi giants finally got the Frenchman to agree to the move.

Arsenal are not less in the headlines also; they have just confirmed the signing of Brentford midfielder Christian Norgaard. Besides that, the 39-year-old Edin Dzeko has come back to Serie A after Gianni’s departure from Fenerbahce, joining Fiorentina on a free transfer.

Similarly, Tottenham Hotspur have not yet ceased their search for reinforcements; they are said to have initiated negotiations with Nottingham Forest for midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White, and on the other hand, a deal worth £55 million with West Ham for Mohammed Kudus has been signed.

In the land of flamenco, Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso, while addressing Rodrygo’s exit rumors, categorically stated that he is not aware of any such plans despite the Brazilian’s limited game time at the Club World Cup. On the other hand, Napoli have rekindled their interest in Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho and are now ready to present a new offer of £45 million.

The Bundesliga is the domain of Bayern Munich and they have set their sights on RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons as a hurry plan in case Jamal Musiala gets injured, while Bournemouth have confirmed that they have made an offer for Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic as Fabrizio Romano said so.

Looking to offload forward Noni Madueke to Arsenal, Chelsea remain active and are also planning a major attacking overhaul with several departures expected. The Turkish club Galatasaray have agreed to pay €75 million for Victor Osimhen’s transfer.

Premier League club, Everton, has officially announced the recruitment of the French striker Thierno Barry of Villarreal, as the Toffees continue to strengthen their squad before the new season.
