The Rivers State Police Command has arrested two individuals for reportedly impersonating the Commissioner of Police, Okon Effiong, and also defrauding unsuspecting members of the public.
According to Effiong, the suspects had used the photograph of the CP to create a fake Facebook account through which they had scammed people.
