Verydarkman (VDM), has created outrage online claiming that singer, Dammy Krane was arrested and taken to prison based on the order of his fellow singer, Davido. VDM made this claim in an Instagram post on the 28th of August, 2024, which has since attracted widespread attention.
VDM recounted an experience at a police station where he claimed to have seen Dammy Krane in custody. He said that his visit to the station was to express his gratitude to the officers that aided him in his duties and to his surprise, he met Dammy Krane in handcuffs.
In the post, VDM pleaded with Davido to free Dammy Krane basing it on moral grounds and appeal to character. He admitted that there was bitterness between both of them but appealed to Davido to give Krane a second chance.
Dammy Krane’s arrest comes barely a week after he threatened to publicly expose Davido, saying he should be held responsible in case anything befalls him. He also accused Davido of an attempt to frame him with no evidence.
