Watford FC suffered a 1 – 0 defeat in a match with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park and this had led them to be relegated from the Premier League.
The lone goal was scored by Wilfred Zaha through a penalty in the first half. This gave Crystal Palace the lead and Watford could not equalize with a goal as they had only one shot on target.
The Club would be playing the next season in the championship. They are the second club to be relegated this season.
