Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has spoken candidly about her current dating experiences, admitting that finding the right partner has become increasingly difficult.

During her appearance on the American podcast Air Service, the 45-year-old music star revealed that most of the men she encounters are either much older or already married, leading her to consider the possibility of becoming a second wife.

Why I Might Say Yes to Being a Second Wife – Tiwa Savage

“If I meet somebody who can really marry me, they are either in their 50s or already married,” Tiwa said.

“So, I don’t know. Maybe I can be a second wife. I think so. I could be a second wife,” she added.

The award-winning singer and mother of one explained that if she ever found herself in such a situation, she would handle it with maturity and respect for the first wife.

“I think I can get along with the first wife, and she’s going to love me because I’m not going to be troublesome. I’m going to be going on tours, I’m not really going to stress you. I’m very respectful, I know that you are the first wife and would accord you that respect,” she said.

Savage’s comments come years after her marriage to music executive Tunji Balogun, popularly known as Teebillz, which lasted from 2013 to 2016.
