Nigerian social commentator Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has reacted strongly to the recent attack in Jos, Plateau State, describing the situation as alarming.

The attack, which reportedly took place on March 29 in Angwan Rukuba, left several people dead and has continued to generate concern nationwide.

“We Are At War” — VeryDarkMan Speaks Out After Jos Killings

In a video posted on his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan warned that the level of insecurity in the country has reached a dangerous point, suggesting that anyone could become a victim at any time.

“Living in Nigeria right now means you are one event away from making it to the news with an RIP Tag on your picture because we don’t know where these people will attack next,” he said.

He also shared his observations after visiting the area shortly after the incident, describing the state of the victims he saw.

“The attack happened on the 29th, and I was there on the 30th. The corpses were already bloated and smelling. At this point, I don’t care if the DSS comes for me. Don’t listen to the government anymore. We need to protect ourselves. We are at war in Nigeria. These people might attack again on Easter Day.”

His remarks have intensified discussions online, as Nigerians continue to react to the ongoing security challenges across the country.
