At the time of drafting this report, a least 10 dead bodies have been recovered following the terrorist attack that happened during the weekend at Unguwar Wakili in Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Yabo Chris Ephraim, the Special Assistant (Media) to the executive chairman of the council disclosed a statement. According to the statement, concerned authorities imposed a 24-hour curfew on Ungwan Juju, Mabuhu, Ungwan Wakili, and Zangon Urban immediately, shortly after the incident had happened.
This was a measure taken to forestall possible breakdown of law and order and to allow the Nigerian Army to restore peace and sanity in the area.
