The National Population Commission, NPC, ahead of the scheduled population census has trained 30 journalists in Gombe State.
The Federal Commissioner of the National Population Commission for Gombe, Abubakar Danburam, had at the capacity-building workshop observed that the census was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Nigerians to be enumerated.
Danburam noted that “the commission has also trained state facilitators in the effective covering, through the use of the digital personal assistant device.”
