Liverpool and Real Madrid are to go heads off in the finals of the UEFA Champions League. The Reds knocked out Villarreal in the semifinals, 5-2 on aggregate over two legs. Real Madrid also won Man City in the semi-finals with a 3 – 1 win giving them a 6-5 aggregate against them.
The 2022 UEFA Champions League Final will be the final match of the 2021–22 UEFA Champions League It is scheduled to be played at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France, on 28 May 2022 at 9 pm between English club Liverpool and Spanish club Real Madrid.
This is the third time the two sides have met in the European Cup final, after 1981 and 2018, making it the first time the same two teams have met in three European Cup finals.
