In 2023, she earned her first Grammy Award for her contribution to Wait For U, the chart-topping single by Future featuring Drake. She added a second Grammy to her collection at the 2025 awards, winning in the Best African Performance category.
In another historic moment, Tems became the first African artiste to perform at the Club World Cup final in July 2025.
