Micheal Owen, ex England forward has predicted that Manchester United might not make it to top four in the premier league this season.
According to the former England player, premier league title holders, Manchester City will make it to top four, if not winning the title again. Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool will follow suit.
He further said that he’s not sure that Manchester United will make it to top four.
“Well, it is tough to call the top four. Manchester City for sure. I think Chelsea are probably going to be in the top four. Arsenal as well. It’s very hard to leave one out, isn’t it?
“I’m actually torn between Liverpool and Tottenham at the moment.
“So it’s so hard to say. I’ll probably say Tottenham and Manchester United will miss out,” Owen said.
The EPL table is currently headed by Arsenal with 27 points, followed by Manchester City will 23 points, after dropping four points due to their defeat by Liverpool. Chelsea is fourth on the table with 20 points while Manchester United occupies the fifth position with 19 points
