A car Hits Okada on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, and Four were Injured

According to Law, Everyone must care for another and will be held liable if there is a breach of this duty to care. Four people were killed in the Lagos Ibadan expressway this Monday after a reckless driver who was speeding, swerved and injured four persons in the process.

The report has it that the other person in the car was also Injured, and the victims have been taken to the hospital, by the driver and other passers-by.

Considering that car is a lethal weapon, and can severe damage if certain regulations are not upheld, should make Evey driver conscious of how they drive because a driver owes a duty to care for other road users.
