Some alleged political thugs have set fire to the Akere spare parts market in the Apapa, Ajegunle area of Lagos State.
According to reports, the hoodlums stormed the market around 2 am on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, and shot a security guard and two other individuals before burning down the market’s facilities.
An official of the Red Cross at the scene had also confirmed that the market was burned down but as of the time of writing this report, information on who had been responsible for the attack had yet to be ascertained.
