Ondo State Drama: Sowore Mocks Wild Accusations Against Deputy Governor.

In the ongoing Ondo state showdown, legal eagle Mr. Allen Sowore has taken a swing at the allegations tossed at Ondo State’s Deputy Governor, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, by the state House of Assembly. Sowore didn’t hold back, branding these accusations as downright ludicrous.

This fracas has broken down into 14 alleged offenses, including poking fun at the governor’s health, stoking divisions among the state’s executive crew, and doing some creative accounting with the state’s funds.

Mr. Sowore, with a touch of humor, quipped in a statement on Saturday that it’s high time the House of Assembly started playing fair and demanded some solid evidence for these wild claims.

Taking a magnifying glass to these allegations, Sowore said, “First off, they accuse the deputy governor of talking about the governor’s health. But seriously, folks, where’s the proof? Our Constitution says we can speak our minds, and if the governor sacked all the deputy’s media peeps for the same thing, and there’s still no proof, it’s like trying to find a unicorn at a tea party!”

“Then we have these allegations about division and misconduct among the State Executive Members. But which rulebook governs political manners, anyway? And what’s causing all this division? Is it a bad batch of office donuts?”

“Now, onto the juicy allegation number 10 – the N500 million for local governments. This one’s like a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. Who’s in charge here? The Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, right? So why point fingers at the deputy governor? Maybe they’re confusing him with the office coffee machine!”

“Bribery, you say? Well, show us the money trail! Concrete evidence, folks, not just hearsay. Did the cash land in the deputy governor’s piggy bank? And who are these mysterious kings who supposedly paid up? Are they hiding in plain sight like ninjas?”

“Lastly, allegations 12, 13, and 14, the funds for the State Emergency Management Agency. Let’s be real here – there’s an executive officer in charge, right? If anything’s fishy, they should go after them first. If the deputy governor messed up his babysitting duty, it’s not the crime of the century.”

“So, in these confusing times, we should all be asking: Where’s Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, the one we elected to run the show?” Sowore pondered.
