Sisi Quadri Died After His US Visa Got Approved – Show promoter, Olawale B Reveals

Show promoter, Olawale B of Fathia Entertainment, has revealed that famous Nollywood actor, Quadri Oyebanji, popularly known as Sisi Quadri, had passed away after the United States, U.S, granted him a visa.

According to Olawale B, a date had already been fixed for Sisi Quadri to travel to the US for a show before his passing.

The show promoter had posted Sisi Quadri’s image on Instagram with the caption: “So sad to hear the death of Nollywood actor @iamsisiquadir US visa was already approved; [and a] date fixed already. Who are we to question God.”

Sisi Quadri passed away on Friday, March 1 at the age of 44.

His death was revealed by some of his colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry.

Writing on her verified Instagram handle, actress Abiola Bayo had said of the deceased actor: “You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace”.

Sisi Quadri was highly acclaimed for his exceptional comedic talent.

The Theatre Arts And Motion Pictures Practitioners Association Of Nigeria, TAMPAN had also confirmed his death.

The TAMPAN National President, Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr Latin, had confirmed Sis Quadri’s death in an Instagram post where he briefly wrote; “Hmmmmm! May God grant him eternal rest.”
