Kanye West is facing a lawsuit for alleged sexual harassment, contract violation, and unjust dismissal by a former assistant who worked with him for two years. According to reports from US media, Lauren Pisciotta has filed a lawsuit claiming that the celebrity sent her inappropriate messages and engaged in sexual behavior while speaking with her over the phone. Pisciotta asserts that she was terminated in 2022 without receiving a promised $3 million (£2.4 million) severance payment.

The lawsuit also details several other incidents, such as West allegedly masturbating while they were on the phone, inquiring about boyfriends’ penis sizes, and allegedly forcing the former assistant to remove their cardigan in the office because he claimed “it was covering too much.” The complainant is reportedly seeking compensation for breach of contract and a hostile work environment.

Additionally, the lawsuit claims that sexual videos and photos were sent to Lauren, including at least two videos of Kanye having sex with a model. Alongside sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination, Pisciotta is also suing West and his Yeezy businesses for fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

This isn’t the first instance of the rapper being accused of inappropriate behavior. In April, a former security guard at the now-closed Donda Academy accused him of racial discrimination and harassment. Benjamin Deshon Provo alleged he was discriminated against for being Muslim and was told to cut his dreadlocks or be fired. In February, the estate of Donna Summer also sued the rapper for using a sample of her song “I Feel Love” without permission, a case that was later settled out of court.

Despite these issues, the star returned to the top of the US charts earlier this year with the hit single “Carnival” and its parent album “Vultures.”
